I just know someone out there needs these beautiful jalapeño plants in their gardens! Find them at our roadside farm stand along with other starts, fresh chicken eggs and duck eggs.

We are blown away by the support we’ve had so far while we all are patiently waiting for produce to fully produce!

Look for the white “OPEN” flag hanging on the fence and Fresh Eggs signs by the highway. Address and instructions are at the bottom of this post. This weekend only, eggs are marked down. So come get pasture raised farm fresh eggs for cheaper than you can get them at the grocery store.

🥚 Dozen chicken eggs (unwashed but chilled/refrigerated)
🥚 Half-dozen and full dozen Duck eggs (washed and refrigerated)
🫑 Bell Pepper starts (Ozark = red Emerald = green)
🌶️ Jalapeño starts
🍅 Beefsteak, Arkansas Traveler and Large Cherry tomato starts
🥒 Slicing cucumber starts
🌱 Herb starts (sweet basil, peppermint, Greek oregano and dill)
🪴 Aloe Vera plants

Since the Main Street Farmers' Market, Chelsea, OK is closed this weekend, don’t forget to still support your local farmers and vendors that make the market possible.

Our farm stand is already open and ready for your support. There are a limited amount of eggs in the cooler, so once they’re gone today it won’t be restocked until tomorrow.

We have seen the messages and comments and are BLOWN AWAY by all the compliments!

Not the update about Merle I wanted to share, but many have asked.

Today I gave him his final morning kisses. Merle’s leg is too far damaged to save and repairing is not possible. Our hearts are as shattered as his leg.

While we would love to do all the things remotely possible to save an animal, we have to be practical. The pain and infection was just too much for him. So we are choosing to take peace in knowing he’s no longer suffering.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn’t able to open the farm stand today like I planned. Weather doesn’t look too good tomorrow for an opening either, but maybe it’ll happen.

If anyone is needing to buy eggs or plants, I can arrange a local delivery or porch pick up (less wet in the rain with a covered porch).

We will see what wild card Mother Nature deals us tomorrow.
