This beef! AMERICAN! For our retail we cut primals in our custom room we cut hanging beef. All US Beef. It’s a hot button issue but foreign beef won’t pass through our doors. Why? Because our suppliers and producers won’t bring it or sell it to us. Simple choice for us. Does it have a place somewhere else in the food system? That’s the big debate.

Now Hiring: Full‑Time Position on our Packaging Team.

Looking for a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, craft‑focused environment? We’re adding a full‑time team member to our Packaging Team!!— ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a tight‑knit team.
Schedule:
• Full‑time position Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)
What you’ll do:
• Assist with prepping, packaging boxing bagging products.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliability and good communication
• Able to withstand cold environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day

We don’t talk about it much but we’ve got treats for the pups!! We make these in-house and they are a hit. Our people snacks are also a hit and great for the lunch box. And new this week we brought in a couple sides that are amazing.

How about that Ground Beef Sale!!

This one went crazy. We received about 12,000 pounds worth of orders. Way more than we expected and way more than we’ve ever had. Safe to say it was time. Thank you everyone who ordered!! As for the comments on other sales in the future… Everything is on the table!
The team is grinding and stuffing away.
More sales to come, but our meat is competitively priced everyday so come see us!!
