The crew of Dorothy's Wiches. Troy Weddle, retired from the construction industry and great cook, his wife, Gan Weddle, retired grant writer and great cook and their grandson Gabe Bell. Troy and Gan love to cook together and Dorothy's Wiches was born!!

A box van was purchased in April 2015 and Troy went to work converting it to a food truck! Each appliance and each piece of stainless steel was installed by him!
