The HDC would like to apologize to our friendly community members who kindly made it to our attention that pop up tents and signs are not allowed without a a Clarence permit. I was not aware and we're very happy to make some changes.
The HDC is attempting to test systems that will allow us to sell hotdogs through the windy autumn season and blustery cold winter. I do concede that the original attempt DID in fact look tacky and jankey but I thought my second attempt with the smaller red canopy was really snazzy and helpful.

See you around town!
