This was incredible!!!!! Yummy Red Lentil and Spinach Soup. Another delicious and healthy meal cooked in a 1/2 hour from start to finish in the Pampered Chef Quick Cooker. The coconut milk and fresh lime made it. I decided to add Chirizo. Thought it would give it a nice flavor and meat for my husband. Garlic bread made in the PC Air Fryer. Will post video on how to make this.

Love the Pampered Chef Quick Cooker. Corned beef and cabbage with vegetables in 1 hr and 10 min. It was delicious.
