Move over, Aunt Abby… there’s a new farmer in training. 🌸🚜

Sutton spent the morning planting her very first zinnias, picking flowers, harvesting blueberries, and baking blueberry banana nut muffins. She even has her own flower pot waiting for her to come back and watch it bloom.

Seeds, sunshine, and a little curiosity… that’s how traditions grow. Blackhawk Bouquets is officially OPEN🌸

Today is National Cabbage Day! 💚😋

Cabbage is grown by many farmers across our state each year. In fact, between 10,000 and 12,000 acres is grown in North Carolina every year! Be sure to stock up on local cabbage from a farmers market, roadside stand, or other retailer near you and thank a local farmer.
