Happy 250th birthday. Come to the Sugar Mill this weekend to celebrate. Pop one of our sparkling wines or pick from our extensive menu. Happy holidays. It’s time to get your sparkling on. We have four different sparkling wines for the holiday. Pomegranate nice and refreshing and a great brunch wine. Our rosé, which is Pinot Noir dominant with a little Chardonnay done off dry. Our new release sparkling red sangria. Becoming a big favorite. And of course the ever popular peach mango. OK, so you know what they say, good things come in small packages. So this is our port styled wine. It is made from Zinfandel grapes. It’s 12 years old barreled aged for just over 11 years and it’s spent the last 10 years in the same barrel. Nice balance of sweetness and alcohol. Alcohol content is just over 21%. Pairs great with chocolate desserts. Makes a great after dinner drink. Share a bottle today with friends.

The three amigos late harvest, Zinfandel, Syrah , and a Napa Valley Coombsville Cabernet Savignon. All three have approximately the same sugar and alcohol content. The late harvest Zinfandel is the lightest of the three. The late harvest Syrah has a bit more structure and depth and it was a gold medal winner. The late harvest Cabernet Sauvignon is from the Coombsville AVA in Napa Valley. This is a much denser wine with a lot of structure and slight tannins. All three will pair well with chocolate desserts. Come pick out your favorite.
