Mark your calendars: Sunday, September 27th, live music returns to the grounds of Silt Wine Company for Night One of Golf & Guitars — three nights of unforgettable music, all for a great cause.
Then the party continues with two more nights at Haggin Oaks Golf Course, plus a Tuesday tournament where the musicians trade guitars for golf clubs.

Our Clarksburg Chenin Blanc Sparkling is proof that incredible bubbles can come from right here in California. Thanks to Chenin Blanc’s naturally high acidity and fruit-forward character, it makes an exceptional sparkling wine with bright citrus notes, plenty of fruit, and a clean finish.

Unlike many traditional Champagnes, which are known for bready, ye**ty, and even meaty characteristics with age, our Sparkling Chenin Blanc is all about citrus, fresh fruit, and vibrant acidity.

We’re counting down the days until Saturday’s Winemaker’s Table!

One of the featured pairings of the evening is Hamachi Carpaccio, thinly sliced yellowtail finished with hot oil, sea salt, and yuzu ponzu, paired with our Albariño. Its bright citrus notes and refreshing acidity beautifully complement the delicate richness of the fish while enhancing the vibrant flavors of the ponzu.
