Tennessee Wildflower Honey is here!
Our spring/summer 2024 batch of 100% Tennessee wildflower honey has been harvested and jarred. We use all natural methods, with no heat and lightly filtered, using gravity, removing any large debris. These methods provide honey in its truest form with no additives into the honey.
Our bees are located near the Cumberland River where the bees fly within a 3-5 mile radius from their hives, collecting pollen and nectar. Unlike many store bought brands of honey, our honey will crystalize or granulate over time. This is a normal and natural process. Honey can be easily brought back to its liquid state by being placed in a warm water bath. You can also eat honey in the crystallized form as it makes a great sweetener addition to many different foods.
The color of natural Tennessee wildflower honey can vary due to the plants the bees retrieve their pollen from.
