Mom duty comes first which means we’re closing early today at 4pm!

Here are some things you might want to know:

In case you haven’t seen our “stories”, we have 2 new flavors of Moose Crunch granola this week: Banana 🍌🍞 Bread (no added sugar) and Maple 🍁☕️ Chia Latte 🤤; plus some of the OG Coconut, Cookie Butfer, and Orange & Sweet Cranberry. (I’ve also got some of her dates in the fridge)

This weeks stuffed cookie flavors from Jayme Morse are Lemon Squeezy, Stawberry Shortcake, Cookies & Cream, and Cookie Monster. (I can vouch for the Strawberry Shortcake!! So good!)

I’ll post more about it soon, but we also now carry chemical free tea blends and dried herbs! There are several options of teas to help support your immune system and those seasonal allergy sore throats.

Exciting news 📰 You can now pre-order breads and pork to be picked up at the farm store on Saturdays! You all love Knead to Nourish - Sourdough Cottage Bakery and Buckin’ Nuts Farmstand as much as we do and we want to help you get the goods you want, when you want, especially as we move out of the normal market season☺️

Click the link below to place an order OR to sign up for text notifications. You’ll have until Wednesdays at noon to place your order for the week.

I’ve got to add more of our pork products, but I’ll get the rest added soon.

Also, this week, there are no options for breads from Knead to Nourish. She’ll pick back up the following weekend.

Hey friends! Just wanted you to know that we currently have quite a bit of breads and bagels in our freezer at the farm store from Knead To Nourish and Farmstand in Ashland City, TN.

We have sourdough sandwich loaves, sourdough bagels (plain, green chili cheese, cinnamon raisin, and everything seasoning), sourdough classic loaves and 1 or 2 sourdough pizza crusts. They were all frozen fresh so they’ll be a great quality once they’ve thawed. I’d love for you to come see me tomorrow at the farm store. We’re open from 9am-5pm at 5470 Sango Rd.

We have made the decision to literally and figuratively put all our eggs into the farm store this Saturday. That means we will NOT be at the Clarksville Farmers Market on Saturday, August 15th.

Instead we will have everything (including flowers 💐) at the farm store. We know there is a lot of flag football being played close by that day so we’re going to extend our hours for THIS Saturday until 2pm (instead of 1pm).

To be clear, the market is still on! Of course we hope you’ll still support our friends at the downtown market! However, if you aren’t going to the market or want to get in and out fast, come see us at the farm. (Unless I talk too much, in which case you just have to walk away😄)

Hey y’all 👋🏻 This feels pretty corny, but it’s been awhile since I’ve shown my face or introduced myself and the farm so here we go...

Hello friends, new and old! I’m Regina 👋🏻 My husband, myself and our 4 not so little little kids run Iron & Elder Farm in Clarksville, TN in between Exit 11 and 19 off I-24. We grow a variety of naturally grown produce, fresh flowers and herbs. I make tallow moisturizers from locally grass-fed beef kidney fat, as well as canned goods and crafty-like things (dried flower wreaths, etc). We also raise red wattle pigs for pork and hens for eggs on pasture. They get a non GMO/ no soy feed!

In November of 2025, we opened our farm store at our farm to allow our community to continue to purchase our meat and eggs and any vegetables we have available year-round. It’s been a fun adventure so far! I’m learning and adjusting constantly as we go☺️

I know I’m a little biased, but it’s not your typical farm store (although there are some other great ones around like Sweeter Days Farm ). The farm store is a host of locally made goods from some awesome people (Farmstand in Ashland City, TN , Knead To Nourish , Three Embers , Deepwood Greens , Moose Crunch , Firefly Farm , Risen Roast Coffee Company , Honey House Apothecary , Eden’s Gift Alpaca Soaps , purejoysoaps , Rebecca Martin , Farmers' Storehouse , Josh Hager and MORE! )

I’d be honored if you’d come check it out for yourself on a Tuesday or Saturday!

While I’m here, I wanted to let you ALL know that we will be setting up a live Christmas tree lot at the farm this Christmas season starting right after Thanksgiving. This is obviously our first year so I expect to learn a lot from our failures, BUT I am so excited about creating a place for your family to make lovely memories on the farm year after year🎄🫶

I’ve never thought about Christmas during the summer as much as I have this one, but with good reason. We’re working on some projects behind the scenes and need your help.

If you are a LIVE/ FRESH Christmas tree person in Clarksville, TN would you please comment the tree size you look for each season? If you’re a “fake tree” person that has a “live tree” friend, you can help us by tagging them. 🌲
