This was my first batch of sauce this year, mainly ran to test my equipment. My sauces are PH tested to ensure proper acidity levels and hot poured to keep them shelf stable. My sauces are made according to the TN cottage food laws. I had two bottles made and literally dropped one walking to my car this morning, so sauce #1 was only one bottle. This bottle has already been sold. Future batches will have legitimate labels.
