There’s just something about grilling picanha that feels like a celebration.

The meat is juicy, rich, and full of flavor.
Slice it against the grain, sprinkle it with flaky salt, and honestly… it’s already incredible.

But add a fresh, garlicky chimichurri on top? Game over.

The brightness of the herbs, the tang from the vinegar, the little kick of heat—it cuts through the richness of the beef in the best way. It’s simple, bold, and absolutely made for a summer grill night.

Chimichurri Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 small shallot, finely minced
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
Mix everything together in a bowl and let it sit for at least 15–20 minutes so the flavors can come together. Spoon generously over grilled picanha right before serving.

Simple. Fresh. So good.
