Mikey Moo or simply "Moo". That's what I call him!

If you don't know who I'm talking about, it's Michael Consbruck, the fabulous owner of The Cheese and Wine Shop n Hastings.

We met not long after I moved back to Nebraska a few years ago. We meshed.

We laugh. We complain. We simply adore each other. Moo has been in my corner since day one and I'm certain if I were in a Grinch cartoon, you could see my heart grow three times its size every time I see his beautiful face.

Mooey is the friend that says, "bleep yes, I'll drive out to Clay Center to put on a magical class of wine and cheese pairings for you!"

I'm a lucky girl!

I think people get confused by my dresses.

Of course I love hot pink, and flowers, and girly crap - but I'm a girl raised on Hulk Hogan, Rick Flair, and the Macho Man. I will punch a flipping grasshopper in it ugly face if it comes at me. G.I. Joe's were so cool that I became a G.I. Kenna Jo.

I love motorcycles - I owned a little beauty of a bike - I was raised around custom bikes.

I love the sound of a 350 Corvette engine running off the line...and while my Jeep was 2012 best in class for towing and 4x4 capabilities (yeah, I did my research)...it annoys me I can't do burnouts.

So let's talk about what awards you are going to see next weekend for the Chrome Revival.

I'm not a 'Best in Show' girl. I'm a, "Well, shoot, you didn't know there was a mouse living in your car for a year...that's really gross...and funny...and there's something to be said about that" kind of girl.

We are going to see pretty cars and bikes, smelly cars and bikes, trailers packing the cars/bikes/and the parts that belong to said vehicles. It's an everyone come out and just have fun situation.

I'm just a girl, driving a 13-year old Jeep that can only "burn out" in "favorable" weather conditions (rain) because the tread on my back tires are questionably low. 🤷 It's fine. It's fine. It's all fine.
