Really nice purebred angus bull from Eriskay 260 by McCumber Tribute 702. His maternal brother has been working as a herd sire the past two years and his full sister is about as ideal phenotype as I can make one. Developed slow and will be ready to work and last.

One of my favorite cows. This 6 year old is a "nothing cow". Was talking with a dairy producer once at trans ova when aspirating 2n1 and he said he had a couple nothing cows they were aspirating. Nothing cows were cows that never had a bad day, never had anothing noted about them, numbers that didn't come to mind, cows that bred first cycle, calved without difficulty, bred back and kept repeating. Nothing extreme. 740 has stuck ai every year, producer very good calves that have been kept back but no extremes. She's easy fleshing and hard working. Sometimes we get caught up in the biggest and the best but it is our nothing cows that will keep you in business. Dry Creek Angus

Was able to make it to Osage county to check out the girls down there. What an incredible season they are having there, far different than at the gone base. Which was the opposite last year. Incredible set of calves mostly sired by home raised bulls. Know your genetics, if it doesn't work for you how are you comfortable selling it to someone else.
