Tomorrow is Irish Fest at Shamrock Hills!

Join us Saturday, October 3, for the 3rd Annual Irish Festival at Shamrock Hills Vineyard and Winery.

Gates open at 11 a.m., so come early, bring your lawn chairs, and claim your spot on the grass.

Festival Schedule:

11:30 a.m. — Jigs & Swigs near the winery stage

12:00–12:40 p.m. — Amadán

12:55–1:55 p.m. — Into the Sun

2:10–3:10 p.m. — Eddie Delahunt

3:20–3:50 p.m. — O’Riada-Manning School of Dance

4:10–5:10 p.m. — Stolen Apples with Ceili dance instructors from the Kansas City Irish Center

5:30–7:00 p.m. — The Elders

What to bring:
Lawn chairs
Comfortable shoes
Your friends and family
An appetite for great food, drinks, shopping, and a full day of Irish fun

Food, drinks, local vendors, face painting, Irish music, dancing, and more will be waiting for you in the hills!

A portion of the proceeds from this year’s festival will benefit Bags of Fun Kansas City.

Kansas City is inviting local professional artists and artist teams to create murals for 12 columns beneath the I-70 underpass along Brooklyn Avenue, between the Independence Plaza and Forgotten Homes neighborhoods.

The $30,000 project aims to create a more welcoming pedestrian gateway while highlighting the history, culture and stories of the surrounding communities and their connection to the 18th & Vine Jazz District.

Two to five artists or teams will advance to the proposal stage, with each semifinalist receiving a $1,000 stipend. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. CDT on October 26, 2026.
