Five ingredients. One bubbling dish. Zero chance it makes it to halftime.
This Jalapeño Popper Corn Dip is creamy, cheesy, loaded with smoky bacon and just spicy enough. It’s the easy hot appetizer for game days, cookouts and every “bring something to snack on” situation.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 can (15.25 ounces) whole-kernel corn, drained
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar, divided
• 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
• 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
DIRECTIONS
Mix the corn, cream cheese, ¾ cup cheddar, jalapeños and half the bacon. Spread into a small baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar and bacon.
Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Save this for game day. Somebody will ask you to make it again.
Would you keep it mild or make it extra spicy?
