Happy national pig day everyone! A special day for us as we got to welcome a new litter of babies to the world... Litter number four is maybe not the biggest in quantity, but they sure are adorable! These baby hamps come from "Belle"(Big Cat Daddy x Bonus), our final purchase from the PA Farm Show from the Bennecoff family, bred to a boar called "Barnstormer" (Barn Burner x LTC).

Another cold morning means another litter of babies! Arriving this morning, 2/1, litter number two comes from "Cherry" (HP Fresh Start x GRUS In Motion), the reserve champion Duroc bred gilt at the 2019 PA farm show that Justin purchased from the Wetzel family, bred to their boar "Look Me Over" (Structure x Bulldust). A large litter of 12!

Coldest night of the year + a full moon= baby pigs! Our first litter of the year farrowed out last night, 1/20. "Ivy" (Riley x Smack) was the champion Chester bred gilt at the 2019 PA farm show purchased from the Wetzel family, and was bred to their boar "Step Ahead" (Lost & Found x Sure Thing), who was the reserve chester boar at the 2018 Ohio state fair.
