We are quietly using the month of January to get everything ready.

Contractors are giving quotes, chaos as plans get scraped and changed…

And the s’mores cookie recipe is being tested again…this time… built s’mores on the smoker and cold smoked the butter…

I don’t think I have ever tasted anything like this…

Baking the test batch now…I am worried that this might be too smoky…

We will see!!
