Two farm updates from this week. 1. Garlic sprouts are poking up through the straw. They will likely die back as you can see some yellowing on this one already, but it’s a sign of spring to come! 2. Some of our hatched guineas from last summer were spotted as full grown adults at (formerly Hedgebrook Farm) along with a few peacocks. The guineas seemed to be thriving picking at bugs in the grass 🥰

Had a blast at the Ladies Makers Market tonight. Special thanks to Chelsea for snagging this photo of our “setup”. Black garlic was a huge hit! I kept having to fill bags on the spot.
