**Simultaneously ringing the class bell and the dinner bell**
Summer flew by with a quickness and it’s been a while since we’ve posted. We hope that you and yours have been able to soak up the season and enjoy the warm days and sunshine. School’s back in session and we have some announcements:
◾ THANK YOU to all of our customers over the past year. When Billy said "Let’s raise 1000 chickens" I thought he was crazy. But guess what?? We sold our entire inventory and we HAVE YOU TO THANK FOR IT!!! While we didn’t quite raise 1000, we got close. Nearly all of our business has come from word of mouth and repeat customers. So thank you family, friends, neighbors that are spreading the word. It means more than we can express!!
◾ We had our first chicken harvest last month and it’s absolutely amazing. All packaged up nicely in our freezer and they’re ready for your grill/oven/stovetop. Our pricing is in the profile.
◾Oink Oink!! We are also raising Berkshire pigs. They are renowned for their rich flavor, tenderness, and juiciness. Our pork products will be available in the winter.
