Eggs have been restocked :)
Tomatoes are finally starting to look less cold shocked. We have romas, pink belgium,bush steak and early momaterio available all tomatoe plants are $3 this year since they got chilled but as soon as the heat comes back they will get over it !
Also met a little friend down there this morning :)

Happy mothers day to all the moms we got a batch of ducklings for a mother's day surprise. The morning started out a little rough as this duck is a first time mom and didn't really know what to do. I found a baby outside the nest freezing cold and I brought it in and put it in the incubator and got it warmed up. Once the others hatched she got it figured and I was able to reunite mother and baby so it all turned out!

This will be my first year growing the garden huckleberry. Rumor has it these are a highly productive berry plant that make an awesome trap plant to keep pests away from other plants in the garden I put a few in my garden boxes this year. The berries must be cooked before eaten but they are apparently great for preserves and pies. Plants are available down at the farm stand :)

Its finally time ! Farm stand is open and ready to go got a good variety down there right now and will be adding more stuff through out the day so stop on by ! Got tomatoes,peppers,strawberries and some variety of native plants! Our sign went missing but we are still open :)

Little puffs my brahma chicks have hatched I am so excited to start this journey of having a purebred brahma flock these are some of my favorite chickens they are known as gentle giants and that is so accurate for their laid back personality they are one of the largest breeds of chickens so happy to have these guys out of their eggs!!
