We offer beef for sale in 1/4s, 1/2s, and Wholes along with retail cuts off the farm.

Ground beef-cow shares

For the first time in a couple years we will be offering cow shares. This will be beef from lean, mature cows-grass/hay fed instead of corn finished, we marbled/younger cattle like we typically offer.

A cow share will be 1/4 beef and come out to 100 actual lbs of ground beef(no custom orders available for these) for $500 including processing.

Beef must be purchased as a cow share so 100lbs is the smallest increment we will be able to offer this ground beef in. Pickup will need to be arranged in Clear Lake, WI. Message for more information or to order.

When plans change mid winter, you can still put up a temporary electric fence even when it's 20 below zero. A 3/8 Milwaukee concrete bit works good to drill a pilot hole for 3/8 fiberglass posts! After a stretch of neglecting my messages I see that there are quite a few requests for beef. I did just book some processing dates for June 19th if anyone is interested in a 1/4, 1/2, or Whole beef. They will be processed at Almena Meat Co.

We have an opening for a 1/4 and 1/2 corn finished British white beef going to be processed at Almena Meat Co next week. This batch will likely be the only beef I will direct market for this winter.

We have Angus and British White 1/4, 1/2, and Whole beef available for early January processing! Raised on forages, finished with at least 180 days on a corn based diet to reach a Choice-Prime quality grade. Expect abundant marbling and a buttery taste. These breeds has been specifically developed for their superior meat quality. Message us and comment for more information.
