Our wine did well at the Freeborn County Fair. Four blue ribbons in wine, reserve grand champion wine, merit award for most points in wine, red ribbon for hard apple cider, and a red for our lager

we have generous amounts of mother of vinegar we would sell for 6 dollars a half pint for anyone wanting to try making vinegar at home. Add to wine, beer, hard cider or any alcohol under 12 percent to make vinegar with the mother. Put in a wide mouth container, cover with cheesecloth to keep out insects, and keep in a warm place for 4 to 6 weeks. Benefits of unpasturized vinegar are easily found online.
