So name check for food truck. Our llc is Island fire concessions llc. Adding Island fire shave ice for the shave ice business. So truck is going to be Island Fire Grindz or Island fire Grill. In Hawaii Grindz means Good Food. What ya all think? Help most votes wins.

Its official. We have our new to us food truck. Soon to be offering authentic Hawaiian plate lunch just like you would find at the beaches of Hawaii. I grew up in the islands eating from ones just like this and very excited to be sharing some Island style plate lunches. Keep a eye out for our menu to be posted soon. Few more county HD hoops to jump though then we will be out and about at spots around the lake. ISLAND Fire Grill will be on the move soon.

Come on down to Nylander park in the oaks makers market. From 10 tell 2 or later. We have our Hawaiian Shave ice today and yummy Frozen frappes. Food vendors, holiday craft vendors. Stop by say Aloha and enjoy a end of season frozen yummy.

Come Join Island Fire Concessions this weekend. Friday night 8/2 we will be at Lakeport Summer Concerts. Then Saturday 8/3 on Cobb Mtn at the Wesfest music festival at Belmont Pines Golf Course aka mountain medows for a full day music festival. Then on Sunday 8/4 we will be at Twin Pines Taco truck cook off and Street Fair. Come enjoy a yummy Hawaiian Shave ice or a Refreshing Fresh Squeezed Lemonade. Along with our other frozen treats.
