Fresh fish on Clearwater Beach!

While we haven't been posting too many updates this year, not much has changed. Still the best place to get fresh seafood on Clearwater Beach!
Our fisherman are still hard at work, bringing the best of the Gulf to you. But did you know, we also sell fresh Mahi-Mahi and Imported Scottish Salmon? We cut it daily for our restaurants, come by and see what all the hub-bub is!

Despite the red tide in our area during the past week, we've been blessed with lots of fresh fish! When red tide hits, it's not unusual for people to assume our seafood quality is effected. Our fisherman generally fish 80-100 miles offshore, and the fish they catch aren't affected by the algae bloom. Healthy fish have an appetite and bite the bait, sick fish do not. Other than seeing more species of shallow water fish further offshore, like Snook and Redfish, our fishermen haven't been reporting unusual activity during the red tide bloom.
Our goal is to catch fresh fish from the Gulf of Mexico, and deliver the freshest product to our restaurants as possible. Anything less stays off your plate!
Stay safe, and try to avoid swimming in the affected areas, but also take solace in knowing that your seafood is as fresh and delicious as ever!

In preparation for Tropical Storm Elsa, all Frenchy’s locations will be closing at 3 PM today. We hope to be open regular hours tomorrow if conditions allow. Stay safe and see you soon!
