This Bourbon & Peach Glazed Party Ribs and Peach Sour combo is seriously impressive, yet so easy to make 🥃🍖💨

I was so excited to get my hands on the new Bulleit Bourbon Mesquite Smoked Malt Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, and this rib + cocktail pairing showcases it perfectly.
👇 Recipe below 👇

For the ribs:
2 racks spare ribs, 1 cup sweet BBQ sauce, and your favorite sweet BBQ rub
(Homemade rub: 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp cayenne, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp granulated garlic)

For the glaze:
1/4 cup peach preserves, 1/4 cup sweet BBQ sauce, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 oz Bulleit Bourbon Mesquite Smoked Malt

Instructions:
Marinate ribs in BBQ sauce for at least 2 hours (overnight preferred). Cut into individual ribs, season, and smoke at 260°F for 3 hours. Paint with a simple mop sauce (1 cup water + 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar) every 30–45 mins.

After 2 hours, combine glaze ingredients and smoke for 1 more hour. Brush or dip ribs in glaze and let tack up for 10–15 mins.

For the Peach Sour:
1 oz peach preserves, 1.5 oz grilled lemon juice, 1.5 oz Bulleit Bourbon Mesquite Smoked Malt
Garnish with grilled nectarine or frozen peach

Grill lemons + fruit for 15–20 mins. Shake preserves, lemon juice, and bourbon together, add ice, shake again, and pour over ice. Garnish and enjoy 🥃

Sip responsibly. Do not share with those under 21.

These Bacon Jam Burgers on the Griddle are going to be on repeat all summer!
I’ve partnered with Pepperidge Farm to share this delicious and easy recipe.

Bacon Jam Grilled Burgers
Ingredients:
- Pepperidge Farm Sesame Buns (really what elevates this recipe!)
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 tbsp stick butter
- Artisan lettuce
- Burger rub (1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp granulated garlic, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp
sugar)
For the bacon jam:
- ½lb thick cut bacon, chopped
- ½ sweet onion, chopped
- ¼ cup bbq sauce
- 1 tbsp burger rub
For the burger sauce:
- ¼ cup Bbq sauce
- 3/5 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp burger rub
Steps
1) Prepare the griddle to a medium high heat.
2) Form ¼ lb hamburger patties by slicing the block of ground beef into 4 even sections
and season with bbq burger rub.
3) For the bacon jam, in a small sauce pan combine ½ pound of chopped thick cut
bacon, ½ sweet onion (chopped), 1 tbsp burger rub. Cook on medium high until the
onions are caramelized and the bacon is crispy. Add 1/4 cup bbq sauce and recuse
the heat to low and cook until a jam like texture has formed, then remove from heat.
4) Cook the burgers approximately 2 minutes and slightly smash them. This will keep
them nice and juicy, a little pink inside, yet so crispy like a Smashburger. Cook each
side 2-4 minutes or until 140F for a medium temperature burger.
5) Place the cheese slices on the burgers and cook indirectly until the cheese is
melted. Add bacon jam. For double cheeseburgers, place the cheese in between
two patties as well as on top, followed by additional bacon jam.
6) Brush the sesame hamburger buns with melted butter and toast on the griddle until
golden brown.
7) Assemble the burgers as follows - Burger sauce on bottom bun, add the burger
patty, followed by the lettuce and the top bun.I hope you enjoy this recipe, happy summer grilling!

Easily my most unhinged golf snack but maybe my most genius?
One of my favorite hacks is to grill the hotdogs at home, throw in a yeti cup, and they will literally stay steaming until the turn. The other day a hotdog on the turn was $9. An entire pack of Wagyu SRF dogs costs $11.99. Just saying lol

If you’re free tomorrow night, is the place to be! I would love to have your support for such a big moment in my life.

I have been posting about my opportunity to be a contestant on the Food Network show BBQ Brawl - and the upcoming premiere that’s gonna be this coming Sunday aka tomorrow!

If you’re in the area and you would like to come out to watch it, I would love to have you! Friends, family, followers, you’re all family to me.
the show (no matter how nervous I am about how I will look on TV haha!).

We are gonna be throwing down some brisket, ribs, hot dogs, sandwiches and more, if you wanna bring a side to share, you’re more than welcome to! But most importantly, bring a lawn chair, because we have no idea how many friends and family will come out to this. Kids are welcome, let me know if you have any questions. Let me know if you plan to come, I can’t wait to see you there!

Most importantly, thank you to my ride or die brands that make this magic happen

LETS PARTY!
