Chef Carlos returns for year 4 of Shark Week at Grindhaus with Seafest IV!
Friday, July 11 – 5-9pm – Seafest with Black Rabbit Catering
Appetizer:
Street Corn: [Fan Favorite] grilled corn with mayo, Cotija cheese, & Tajin
Seafood:
1. Mango Ceviche Tostada with fresh veg, fish, shrimp, & scallops
2. Shrimp Cocktail! house made cocktail sauce with grilled jumbo shrimp & Saltine crackers
Meat:
Release the Kracklin!!! crispy honey roast pork belly with jasmine rice
