We guarantee that HOMEPLACE BEEF is free from antibiotic feed, artificial growth hormones and medical drug injections from conception to slaughter. Our cattle are fed homegrown hay and pastures produced without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. We have our own beef cow herd, our own land and do not make any outside cattle purchases. e free. We have been in organic beef production since 1972. Our lean and clean beef has more meat, less fat and less cholesterol. According to animal husbandry research beef raised this way contains more omega-3, vitamin E and artery cleansing conjugated linoleic acids. HOMEPLACE BEEF is recognized in the “Humane Consumers & Producers Guide” for humane husbandry practices. We are committed to ecologically sound farming methods to preserve our soil, water and air. We market organic grass fed beef quarters and halves, cut, wrapped and sharp frozen at a local locker according to customer instructions.
