MARV’S RECIPE: Honey-Soy Chicken Thighs 🍯

A sticky-sweet dinner with a little tang. Serves 4.

YOU NEED:
• 1½ lb boneless chicken thighs
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• ½ tsp ground ginger

MAKE IT:
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased baking dish.
2. Mix honey, soy sauce, lime juice, oil, garlic and ginger. Spoon over the chicken.
3. Bake about 25–35 minutes, until the thickest part reaches 165°F on a food thermometer. Time varies by size.
4. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli. Do not use uncooked sauce that touched raw chicken as a finishing sauce.

Want a little heat? Add a pinch of chili flakes to the sauce before baking.
