Lao food deserves a seat at the table.

Last Friday we had the opportunity to introduce twenty-two guests to dishes that many had never experienced before.

Behind every dish is:

preparation
family tradition
regional ingredient
stories passed down through generations

The best part of the evening wasn't hearing that the food was delicious.

It was hearing:

"I've never had Lao food before."

and later:

"Where can I get more?"
