Orders to-go only. We all play a part in maintaining healthy environments and combating the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). We encourage good hand hygiene and social distancing as outline by the Center for Disease Control and Preventions (CDC). That is the reason we are only working with orders to-go instead of dine in. With tears streaming down her face a lady approached me and told me "My beloved husband is dying and I just want him to be happy before he passes away. What kind of smoothie can I give him and add protein to make him feel better?" I showed her the list and added the protein of her choice. She chose Peanut Butter Flutter with Whey protein. Next day she came back for more and she told me that he opened his eyes and was more responsive. She did this for few more days and she started alternating it with our fresh green juice. In less than a week he sat on his bed and asked her to bring him to Family Nutrition Center where the Juice Bar was. He wanted to know what we were giving him that was making him feel so much better like he was coming back to life. He was on his way to recovery after his cancer treatments. One day when I asked her how he was doing she told me: "I have a surprise for you. He came here to meet you" I was so happy and excited that I couldn't wait to meet him and give him a hug. He was riding one of the electric cars from the store. Next day he came using a walker and the following day only using a cane. After this she came back alone and told me "I have a surprise for you. He is outside because he wants to drive his grandkids to school”. Since then his health has been improving so much that she wanted me to share their testimony to praise The Lord and inspire others to believe how God can heal you to be a blessing for others.
