Hi, my name is Teresa Cooper, my friends call me Tea. I am so blessed to come from a very long line of good old country cooks. I strive to follow in their footsteps and I want to share what I have learned from them. I would so love to see us pass these things to the next generations, they really need our help. I love to cook, but even more so I love to EAT! I created this page to honor one of the
most important persons in my life, my Aunt Ressie, and to keep her memory alive. She was the best southern country cook I have ever known and I want to share many of the recipes and tips she taught me. I miss her every day and I know she will be guiding me along my way as we share things. She moved to Heaven in 2014. I know many of us have precious food & family memories to share, this I hope will a great place to do so. We all have great recipes from our grandma’s, mothers, and aunts that we would like to share with our friends/family. This page is where you can share family favorites, or even new ones that we want to try. This is also a place for us to share our love of cooking and hopefully learn a few things along the way. We can post tips, solutions, motivation, travel tips and “just stuff”. Let’s face it, life is too short and we all need a little help along the way to make it easier and more fun. This page is here to inspire you, touch your heart and soul. Hopefully it will make you laugh, cry, and think about the good things in life and those of our families that have gone before us.
