Many new brews are tried monthly to increase creativity and inventory to the "brew list".

First brew day of the semester tomorrow and it should be good. Always reading up and trying to be more and more precise. Two batches of Oktoberfest planned for tomorrow and should be ready in middle of October!

Gorgeous day outside so Im gonna brew some more Honey-Do Pale Ale. Should be good in about three weeks.
