Today I want to share something a little personal. It honestly makes me feel a bit embarrassed to post this, but I also believe it’s important to be honest.

Many of you know that a few years ago, after losing my job, I decided to start my own business, Happi Acai Bowls. I started with a small tent at farmers markets, and little by little it grew into the food truck that many of you know today.

It has been a beautiful journey, but also one full of challenges. Like many small businesses, lately things have been a little difficult between rising costs, slow days, and everything that comes with keeping a small business running.

Because of this, I decided to create a small fundraiser to help give the business some breathing room while we continue to grow. Everything raised will go toward inventory, fresh fruit, açaí, and food truck operating expenses so I can keep working and serving the community.

If youre able to donate or share the link, I would truly appreciate it very much. And if not, simply supporting the business when you can also means a lot to my family and me.
