❤️ AFTER 13 AMAZING YEARS, A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS
After 13 incredible years serving the Clermont community, we have made the difficult decision to close Castello’s Clermont as a restaurant effective September 1st.
This is not goodbye — it’s an evolution.
As our Castello’s gnocchi business continues to grow, we are transforming our Clermont location into our USDA production facility, where we’ll focus on producing the Italian foods that are taking Castello’s into its next chapter.
We WILL continue accepting catering orders for our Italian dishes.
🍕 However, after 13 years, we will no longer be making pizza at our Clermont location.
To everyone who walked through our doors, ordered a pizza, celebrated a birthday, brought your family for dinner, became a regular, or simply stopped by to say hello — THANK YOU.
Many of you started as customers and became friends. You have been part of our story, and we could not be more grateful for these 13 amazing years together.
One door is closing, but another — much bigger — is opening.
From a neighborhood pizzeria to bringing Castello’s products to stores and families beyond our restaurants, the journey continues.
