🍑 Bourbon Honey Peach Smash 🥃🍯

A little sweet, a little smoky, and dangerously easy to sip.

You’ll need:
• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 tbsp honey
• ½ fresh peach, sliced
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• Splash of club soda
• Ice
• Peach slice + thyme or mint for garnish

How to make it:
Muddle the peach and honey in a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and ice, then shake well. Strain over fresh ice, top with a splash of club soda, and garnish with a peach slice.
