Everything is made to order, make purchase, then jerky will be processed and cooked, drying timing is 8hrs for 4lbs, then handling time so roughly 2 weeks at most between payment and receive, unless otherwise noted. Normal operation with availability on good meat is order Monday and order will be ready by the following Monday for pickup or to be mailed for delivery.
