Pan-Seared Scallop
Perfectly seared scallop served over creamy fresh corn grits, finished with a brown butter herb emulsion, toasted sunflower seeds, citrus aioli, and delicate shaved prosciutto.

Salad Course | 2021 Pinot Noir
Bibb Wedge Salad
Crisp Bibb lettuce topped with savory lardons, smoked Rogue River blue cheese, wine-poached tomatoes, flaky fried filo, rich buttermilk dressing, and a drizzle of aged saba vinegar.

The growing season is well underway at Yonah Mountain Vineyards.

After pollination, the flowers begin to shed their petals and tiny grape berries start to form. What you're seeing here is one of the first major milestones of the vintage - a stage that sets the foundation for this year's harvest.

Over the coming months, these small clusters will continue to develop and ripen, guided by the vineyard team's careful attention and the conditions of the season.

Every bottle starts right here in the vineyard, one cluster at a time.
