Hey guys, so just a little background on why we started this whole chicken adventure...We originally started out with one chicken my son wanted it, so we got it. Ever since that day the kid's love, and ours as well has tremendously expanded for these Silkies. The kids enjoy naming them, seeing them hatch and go through the hatching process, holding them and cuddling them, taking photos of them, and so much more! We have decided that most of our proceeds will go to the children's savings account. (The rest put back into chicken supplies) and each child will have their own pen eventually to make profit from. As well as the chickens, I have created a few merchandise items for sale and those proceeds will as well go to the children's savings or supplies for the farm. We are so excited for the future and cannot wait to share our journey along with you.
