Did that BBQ THANG at Octoberfest Cleveland ms!!!.. had a great weekend cooking one my favorite contest. We managed to bring home a 1st place pork loin, 5th place pulled pork, 6th place ribs, 3rd overall, 2nd in the Delta BBQ Brawl , and 5th in the Wicker’s Food Products wickers tour of champions.a big thank you to the mbn staff for awesome contest Elise Dreaden Jenkins Craig E Johnson Lydia Smith Powell Michael Powell Scott Yarbrough Becky Pickett Palmer John Paul Gates. Thank you Mississippi Meat Company for that awesome Prairie Fresh prime pork. Cowboy Charcoal for that long lasting heat. Heath Riles BBQ for those great seasonings to get those proteins on point. Congratulations to we poor BBQ on that grand champion. And big shout out to the best BBQ neighbors EVER.. on winning the delta BBQ BRAWL Smokin’ in the ‘Sip ya'll definitely earn it. Well deserved guys!!!.. see yall next month at the Charlie boy.

blazin - barrels made it over to ruleville ms to ruleville roast this weekend. We had a great weekend thoroughly enjoyed it. always enjoy the the camaraderie and getting to visit with BBQ FAMILY &FRIENDS. got a little hardware this weekend. 1st with our peach sauce, 3rd with spicy. 1st rice grits. 2nd catfish, 3rd beef, 2nd burger, 7th pulled pork, 5th ribs, 2nd pork loin, big thanks to Mississippi Meat Company for that wonderful Prairie Fresh prime pork. Cowboy Charcoal for the fire , M/W Smokers for that awesome stack house seasoning. Heath Riles BBQ for those great seasonings.
