Attention all Cleveland Tofu fans. Lakewood's newest restarauntI would like to thank ROXU restaurant at 15607 Madison Ave in Lakewood, OH (ROXUFusion.com). Rob Dippong is the chef and he made amazing appetizers and meals out of Cleveland Tofu. Kim, the owner, was a pleasure to meet. Visit ROXU for a great evening with Cleveland Tofu, great staff, and a fun atmosphere. Thanks again to everyone at ROXU.

Here is a tasty recipe that includes tofu!

Breaded tofu a la parmigiana. You'll just about swear this is eggplant or veal! One of my husband's favorites, and he doesn't even suspect! Serve with a simple crisp green salad, angel hair pasta and garlic bread.
