Garlic scape, hot honey and sesame crusted beef ribs. Used B&B Charcoal and the ribs are Creekstone Farms. I could’ve went a bit longer, practice makes perfect.

Happy Saturday!! It is absolutely gorgeous out this morning! Make plans to stop by Huron Lake Front Market (9-3 today!) There are TONS of vendors, a breeze, and plenty of sunshine!
