On this Cook’n with Kate’s, we’re coming to you from the clambake capital of the world, Cleveland, Ohio, to show you how easy it is to steam some clams at home for you and your family.

For staff meal today, we’re steaming up a couple dozen Rhode Island middleneck clams. Steam ’em till they pop, melt some butter, and give ’em a quick dip.
