We learned something pretty neat about our girls! 🐮🤎

According to the American Guernsey Association, there are only an estimated 12,000–15,000 Guernsey cows in the entire United States!

We knew our Guernseys weren't as common as some other dairy breeds, but we had no idea there were so few of them across the country.

Makes us pretty proud to have our little herd of golden girls right here at Barron's Sweet Cream Dairy!

We sure do love these girls, and we're happy to share a little piece of what makes them special with y'all. 🥛🤎

Y'all asked for the recipe, so here it is! 🥞🤎

These homemade buttermilk pancakes turned out SO good, we had to share!
Made with our fresh Barron's buttermilk and plenty of our butter, they're definitely worth getting up a little earlier for.

Save this recipe for your next Saturday morning breakfast! And if you make them, let us know how they turn out! 🐮🤎
