Binder's Stash has great partnership with Willet and has got access to Willett's experimental vaults with these Wave Stave finishes.
๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ต - Rather than inserting external finishing staves into the liquid, the cooperage uses a precise process to carve deep โwavesโโdirectly into the interior of the barrel itself and thus exposing the distillate to new oak to make the juice robust and intense flavorful.
The palate is also โwavesโ on the sense as every sip brings a new flavor.
๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐: Super robust, you can smell the liquid while itโs sitting on the table. Dusty and rich dense caramel, black cherries, Dried fruits, some musty rich oak. Undertones of vanilla spice latte.

: Super oily, viscous Caramel Layered Candy (think of liquid Cadbury Caramello), Cherry Cola, Charred oak and dark fruit. Thenโฆ. The โwavesโ start because next sip you taste baked fruit pie, dark brown sugar, toasted nuts and rich leather.
๐๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ต ๐: You get the โKentucky Hugโ on the finish. Chocolate Ganache, Chewy leather, and oak shines through at the end.
This was an instant winner during our KY trip earlier this year. The special stave finish stands out beside the traditional Willet. This pour is for well seasoned Bourbon drinker that loves how Bourbon used to be with rich and intense balanced flavors!
