Working with a limited budget means that you have to do a great deal of the work yourself. Trying to get ready for a trial rollout on next Saturday the 27th of August. I'll be doing brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. Thanks to everyone who has sent me a "like". Just a retired senior citizen who loves to cook and has a good product.

Hello everybody. I've been asked to give my location to where I cook at so I want to share that I have bought an unfinished food truck I'll be bringing on line soon. It's gonna take a little work to make it happen so I'll keep you posted. This is how it looks now. Keep watching.
