Great night to serve one of my favorite menu items at a graduation party: pork and chicken carnitas, with a lot of fixings, and smoked corn salad. Had the great honor to share some love with the incredible staff at Whitewater Crossing Christian Church for Valentine’s Day last week. Smoked pork, salad, cheesy potatoes and valentine cupcakes. I truly love this team.
