Well, we really don't enjoy brewing in Brian's garage, we enjoy brewing, and have no other place to go.

Red ale 4 days in the fermenter. Went in at 1.048 and 4 days later it's at 1.005 and still going. Looks like a 5.5%'er. ...

Red ale 4 days in the fermenter. Went in at 1.048 and 4 days later it's at 1.005 and still going. Looks like a 5.5%'er. Carbed up a liter to taste and it's pretty good for 4 days old...LOL. Going to cold crash for 10 days now. This will be awesome!!
We need a name for it!!

Roasted Barley (3 oz) and
Fuggle hops for 60 min boil
West Yorkshire Square liquid ale yeast
