We're offering Golden Hour (mango-peach) and Twilight (blackberry-lychee) in 3 different styles:

- CLASSIC: shaken with freeze-dried fruit
- FUEGO: chamoy drizzled cup and tajin
- GLOW: shaken with coconut milk

Palisade Refreshers are lightly caffeinated and made with coconut water + real fruit juice.

Our spring menu just went live and we need to talk about this Coconut Cream Matcha. Ceremonial-grade matcha. Coconut cream cold foam. Toasted coconut flakes.

This is one of seven new spring drinks built around three batched cold foams we've been developing:
Cherry Blossom Cheesecake — think graham cracker and cherry blossom on matcha or cold brew
Lavender — smooth, floral, with a subtle ube tint
Coconut Cream — toasted coconut flakes, tropical, the one in the photo that you're already thinking about

Every bean roasted right here in Mesa County. Every drink made at our coffee bar inside Starvin' Arvin's Clifton.
