Meet Dark Harvest, our brand-new Imperial Stout crafted with dark maple syrup from our friends at Jourdin’s Maple Syrup in West Coxsackie.
Pouring deep and velvety, this stout layers rich notes of toffee, caramelized brown sugar, and freshly roasted pecans. Every sip brings a comforting warmth, leading into a lingering, sweet-and-nutty finish that’s made for cool days and nights.

Meet Wet Hopped Wheat.

We took un-dried, fresh whole-cone Cascade hops straight from our bines and tossed them directly into the kettle within hours of picking. By skipping the drying kiln, we preserved all the delicate, fresh-cut grass, bright citrus, and dank resinous oils that dried hops simply can’t match. Paired with a smooth, fluffy wheat malt bill, it’s a perfectly balanced, hyper-local celebration of hop harvest.
